Service Description
The awareness of safeguarding is a recognised qualification suitable for all, and provides an understanding of safeguarding, which can be used at work, in an activity or youth group or any other instance where you come into contact with children or adults at risk.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive joining instructions for the course no later then 48 hours prior to the start of the course. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before course start date. In the event of a cancellation by the customer an alternative date will be offered. In the event of an alternative date not being agreed a full refund will be given if cancelled 72 hours before course date or a 70% refund if cancelled with less then 72 hours notice. In the event of us having to cancel your booking an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be given.
